Non-delivery by First Flight Couriers

I have sent a courier from delhi to noida through FIRST FLIGHT COURIER SERVICE on 26 sep 2017 which couldn’t be delivered because of wrong pincode so it should be returned to sender. But it’s been 2 weeks and I still didn’t get that. People who send that just saying it is not here when it will be here we’ll give you. Tracking says that it came to delhi on 4th oct 2017. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010.
