Non delivery by Fitnessworld even after four weeks

On 7th oct 2015, i placed an order (#10031) of 52KG home gym package. I had to pay the complete amount to place the order. Payment was instant without any glitch and i got the confirmation email for the payment within a minute. Even the mail from the payment gateway CCAvenue reached my inbox, though i had a doubt as an alert came stating google mail system could not verify if this message was from CCAvenue. Anyways i thought people had made average reviews on the item deliveries and i also read they were very cooperating till the order was received ( i got the order done through mobile site version). I got relaxed and waited for any call or any emails regarding the order dispatch. There after no mail or sms regarding this order. No airway bill number or no details regarding order dispatch.

So after two days on 10th oct 2015, i call them to know status. I was told since the package weight is heavier than 3Kg so you need to pay a tax, which is extra to be paid by me. Instead they gave me another option of sending it to couriers local office and can be kept on hold until i take it personally. I was ok with this and hence they sent me updated email stating the conversation we had in which order to be kept on hold at a local courier office. It also stated the local courier office address for my convenience. After then, they are not responding to my calls. One of the call they answered and told me order has been dispatched. They told me you would have received your airway bill number when they sent me updated email, but the updated email that they sent did not mention any AWB number. I got the AWB number from them noted to track the order.

Now i already had authenticity of this website, so i immediately bluedart site to check the status. And without any surprise it said AWB number is wrong or does not exist. So i called them again which again took atleast 10 times before someone answered. I was told it takes the courier site 1-2 days before it shows on their system for tracking. I also told them to atleast mail me so i can have a email proof of the order placement and awb number for tracking, they told me email has been sent again. So i waited & waited. No mail recieved. Today 01st Nov 2105, until now no mail received regarding awb number. Not even sms.

I intent to file complaint towards entire website for being so irresponsible and unethical. I have read many other similar complains on this forum towards this online site. People & many other young students are innocently ordering items through their site and later on getting irritated/fed up towards their business which is flourishing to only get money instantly and only letting customer suffer. They shall remove online payment or atleast they should keep an option of Cash on delivery. I don’t want more people to fall into such spam like site and im very much eager to go further ahead filing an complaint to the Police as well if this matter is not solved with immediate effect.
