I have ordered Kamachi Ab Pro Young original (order ID # 9265) from fitnessworld.in on 4th July 2015 worth Rs 3,449.00 and prepaid through credit card as COD option was not available. I received a payment confirmation email from ccavenue and everything looked fine but when I checked my order history on 7th July, the status was still processing so I tried to contact on +91 7307301146 but after waiting long got a message that all representatives are busy and will get back to me shortly. I also received a sms that acknowledged that I have called them. Then I sent a message through contact section mentioned on the website and asked for my order status. After few hours when I checked my order history I noticed that the status had been updated to shipped with Safexpress having waybill no. 43220734 and when I tried to track my shipment, it turned out to be wrong waybill no. Then again on 9th July I tried to call another number mentioned on the website +91 9041424343 twice but was not picked up by anyone. I again wrote a message through contact section regarding wrong waybill number and asked either to return my money or deliver the product but got no response. I also wrote to seller’s email id friendssales171[@]gmail.com mentioned in ccavenue mail but got no answer then I searched about site’s authenticity and came across several complaints.
It is my humble request to Consumer Forum to look into this case and solve this issue on urgent basis. I want either my money back or product to be delivered. I am also shocked to see that there are many complaints against this company having the same issue as mine but this site is still operating and cheating people. I will be very careful next time but hope that prompt action will be taken against the people who are cheating innocent people.
