I had ordered a white shirt through Jabong’s website on 3rd August. I was promised delivery by 18th August. The order ID is: 160807349108867. I did not receive any communication/updates from Jabong till I inquired/emailed them about the non-delivery on 22nd August. I got an SMS from them on 23rd, asking me to wait for 2 more days. After receiving no updates from them till 2nd September, I finally shot them an email. But i have not received any updates from their side, hence this complaint. I had already paid for the shirt (INR 799) through netbanking. Kindly advice.
