Non-delivery by Madhur couriers

As my courier was shipped by madhur courier on 07/11/2017 with tracking number P300539157 still now no update from tracking id and no response from customer service they are they to make comments on between them during our call 3 min they will check an single tracking id after that they will disconnect the call.

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
