I have done 1 envelope courier to Berhampur from Thane through Madhur couriers on 9/9/2017 and was told that it will delievered in 5 days. My AWB nos is 820627908 and still it has not been couriered and after calling the staff the office nos there is no response and not picking up the phone. The service is real 3 rd class and the license of such courier to be cancelled. Take strict action against such useless companies. Please find the attach for the receipt and take necessary action.
