I have placed an order no. 909970 on 30th August, 16 from SREET STYLE STORE (SSS) shopping site through net banking. After few days when i did not get any information relating to my order i have mailed to SSS help desk. Then i got mail from SSS that my product is being processed and under prority dispatch on 7th September, 16. Since that day to till date i am having same message display in my SSS account. later i got some Ticket ID 380314 to check status but still there is no update.
Despite sending/asking to update about dispatch/delivery they are sending same mail/message tome. There is no customer care services and contact number is always busy. there is no one to handle and solve to issue. i have also requested to cancel my order but i didn’t get any reply from SSS.
i would request you to please take serious action against this site and ask them to send my money back to my accound. i dont want any product fromt them. its highly frustrating and its more than a month.
i will highly obliged if you do anything for me.
kindly take necessary action and update me asap
