A parcel was booked on 29 july 2017 and was booked as prime track which means it was scheduled to reach here in Srinagar within 3days which it did and after reaching Srinagar on 1 August it is yet to get Delivered to me and when i approched to there local office they said that packet is misplaced somewhere and will be delivered till evening but that doesn’t happen and when i call to there customer care number to my utter surprise they misbehaved with me and even told me that we will support our Srinagar office despite even if they are wrong i have a recording of the same and even the female on other side said that there is no guarantee of product and said me that if you will use high tone we will jot give you the parcel and ask me to not call them again Despite the fact whether i recieve the parcel or not.
