I have ordered a Macbook air 128 GB from amazon on 16th april 2016 under 2days guarantee delivery by paying 50 rupees extra.The product supposed to deliver on 18th but after a deliberate follow ups they refuse to deliver the product as well as the money on 21th april that product got auto cancelled, showing a msg it was cancelled by the user.when i asked for the refund the worst customer care of amazon told me that after the investigation they can give me a clear picture on that product. i have invested 60000/- for the product and hopeless and helpless with amazon’s behaviour.
