One of my friends had sent a parcel to Noida from bhubaneswar. He got the message of delivery and when we tracked the details, it reflected as delivered. But our person in Noida has not got the parcel yet. Have been connecting with customer care and their staffs but did not get a single positoive response from them. Please help

One of our suppliers had send as parcel to Santacruz, Mumbai by Aramex courier (AWB # 31311909263), on 18th Dec. 2017, As per Aramex courier we submitted all the required documents to them but till date they have not deliver the parcel ana they are just passing the bugs to another.
Request you to please intervene into the matter urgently and help us to trace our parcel at the earliest.
