I purchase a flat in thier scheme vivek vihar near Mati chowk in 2015 and they were committed to give possession within 6 months of booking. The construction was payment link and i paid almost 310000. Its been 2.5 years since they and they never moved on with construction. The company owner ( vxxxxk sxxxxxxh) and his employee( Mr Sxxxxxi) never give appropriate answers and are holding my money. They even told me to cancel by flat for 15% fee which was never agreed upon paper s. Now they ignore phone calls and refrain from any commitments on my money or ownership of flat. The construction work is on hold and is next to null.
Please help or advise anything for me being an NRI as i stay out of India
