I had remitted Rs. 1000/- for delivery of the magazine Frontline on Nov’2016. But, not a single copy of the magazine has been delivered till date to the address of my son Axxxxxa Dxxs at Pune. I had already intimated the same at customer care center of the Hindu group through their e-mail address ‘customercare@thehindu.co.in’ and a reference number 125774 was given on 25.11.2016 with assurance of resolving the issue at the earliest. But, no communication has been received till date on this matter. Now, I have requested to refund the subscription amount of Rs. 1000/- immediately.

I have also enclosed herewith the copy of the receipt of the subscription amount of Rs. 1000/- as a ready reference of the same.
