Non-delivery of goods by flipkart vendor

I have ordered a badminton on 13.03.2018 through flipkart. As expected it reached in the hub nearest me, it was neither out for delivery nor called to collect the product. They provide fake mob number of courier boy it was not going through. I contacted numerous times to flipkart but they always told me to wait. Today after waiting for a long time flipkart cancelled my order forcefully. There is no platform to ask who is responsible for it.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
