I ordered an iPhone X 64GB Space Grey with Order Id JEF04163338. Total amount was payed on Nov 7, 2017. I have been following up since then but I have not received the phone. Everyday I get a message that my phone will be delivered ‘today’, but it doesn’t. I have been calling the vendor. Still my phone has not arrived. I have payed the full amount. If they didn’t had the supply, why did they take entire money from me? They should have only charged full money if the device was available. This is breach of trust. I have made several complaints over the phone to their helpline number. Please help
