I booked 2 t-shirts from amazon.in on 16 Oct 15 vide order no 40200822025741959 with a promised delivery on 24th Oct 15. The item was not delivered on due date and the tracking page on their site showed that the customer had requsted to reshedule the appoointment, which I never did. The new estimated date of delivery was now fixed to 27th Oct 15 which again was not adhered to. After contacting the customer care they told that they will escalate the delivery and the package would be delivered by evening, these statement came continously for 5days but that evening never came and the item is not delivered till date i.e 01 Nov 15. Now the customer care is saying that the package has been lost in transit and they are offering me Rs 100 gift cupon and asking me to reorder the item.
Non of the customer care executive is even trying to solve the problem, and now I am going to file a case in consumer court to seek a compensation for this.
