Non-delivery of order and refund not recieved after cancellation

I had ordered a kurta from Jabong(140911620940064), to be delivered to Pune around one month back. IT was to be delivered in 4-5 days. After 7 days when i contacted the JAbong team, they said they went to deliver the product but someone refused to recieve it. They could not name who refused it and when i asked them why did not they call up the intended reciever at the time of delivery, they said ” we dont promise that we will call up the person to deliver it”. Now how is the person suppossed to understand that a parcel has been delivered for her??

Then I asked them to deliver again, which they again lingered over a week, saying they will contact the person, which they did not.
Finally they said we will refund the money back to the account. It has been almost 2 weeks now, I have not got any refund.

Horrible service from JAbong. Incompetent and such liars. Just harrassing customers.
