Complete order value of Rs.2642 has been paid in advance. Order status shows as ‘Completed’ but order has not been received.
Have contacted customer care multiple times, also spoken to multiple supervisors and requested to escalate case but no one has bothered to get back to me. I have complete email trail that shows the number of follow ups done and can forward if required.
It is now 11 days since committed delivery date. As per the bigbasket delivery guarantee of 10% cashback for every delay, I am currently entitled to 110% cashback.
Also since have been harassed multiple times by bigbasket for similar delivery issues, in order to teach them a lesson, I wish to make a claim of Rs.10000 towards all my followup and tracking efforts.
I am willing to take this to consumer court, if required.
