I have placed order No-1954 on 05/07/2015 at 01:17 pm in express shipping mode to Gajabo.com & they commit me the product will be delivered in 2-5 business day. But till today on 04/08/15 the product had not delivered to my shipping address. In between this last 30days I have several times contact in Gajabo customer service No. and every times I had got wrong information that “product is ready to ship and you will get it in next 3-4days”. I have also send e-mail to customer service but they had not sent me any reply.

On 03/08/2015 at mid-day I have talk to Mr Rxxxxh Yxxxxv , customer service manager, Gajabo.com and he told me that due to non-availability of Gajabo paneled courier, they had not to able to delivered the order #1954 at my shipping address. He also told that, to get that product I have to pay Extra Rs 150/- as shipping charge by online payment in their shared link. Now the questions are-

1. Why I have to pay extra 150/- when Gajabo commit me free shipping in the time of placing order?
2. If there is a problem why Gajabo not intimate me in long 30 days?
3. Why customer Care embarrassed me by giving continuously wrong information in last long 30 days?
