There was a offer going on under which if you apply for new debit card of Kotak Mahindra you get a Provogue Bag or Watch for Rs. 299 only. So I ordered 1 bag for which they have provided me with the invoice and my order tracking number. But now I am not able to track my order with the shipment provider. When i contacted with Provogue regarding this they neither responded my mails nor my calls. My order details are as followings:
