I would like to inform you that I had ordered a saree from Voonik.com website. The order number is R452414240. And the Saree name is Kangana Black Mirror Saree. It was ordered on 25th February 2016. The given address is the address of an office and it was clearly asked to deliver the product between working hours of office ie from 10 am to 6pm. The parcel was coming from Surat. It reached Mumbai on 29th February and it was out for delivery on 4th March 2016. The delivery was attempted but failed as it came at 9 at night whereas office closes for the day at 6pm. The product was out for delivery again on 4th March and has not been delivered till now. Voonik is not responding, Dotzot courier is also not responding. Where am I supposed to go? What should I do. This is a mental torture by both voonik and dotzot courier. Please do the necessary and see that its delivered without any product damage at the earliest. Any help will be appreciated.
