I had placed a prepaid order for ‘Step-Ladder-Stool’ on www.at-home.co.in on 30-07-2017 vide order no.727353425023097 for Rs.999/-. They had promised delivery by 15-08-2017. However, since 22-08-2017, I have been pursuing them for delivery, they are niether acknowledging my mail, nor getting the item deliver nor initiating refund. They are just reiterating that the ‘Safe-Express Couriers’ have attempted delivery thrice since 21-08-2017 but was unsuccessfull due to my non availability. I have been insisting that this is not true since I have no call records of any missed calls from any courier person and there was someone available at the address throughout.
