Non-delivery of parcel by Blue Dart

I have booked a priority delivery parcel, through Blue Dart Courier service from Bangalore on 15 Nov 2018 for New Delhi vide Blue Dart Courier dated 15 Nov 2018 by paying priority delivery charges Rs.2250. The parcel was supposed to be delivered within 24 hrs to Mr Sxxxxv Cxxxxxxxy Advocate, New Delhi -110074. But till date it is not delivered. Even nearby Fatehpur Beri and Vasant Kunj under whose jurisdiction, Fatehpur Beri falls, is non responsive. I have tried lodging complaint against Blue Dart even contacting their Customer Care service sharing complete details but no vain. Please help me.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
