Non delivery of Pproduct From Nykaa

This complaint is regarding non-delivery of product(product id 502516828). I had placed the order on 1st Nov 2017 from Nykaa application it shows to get the product withing 2-5 business days but till now i haven’t got the product. I have contacted their customer care 5-6 times regarding the same but they always say to resolve the issue within 24 hours but still no resolution from their end. I never expected this kind of service from Nykaa. All I want is to either deliver the product as soon as possible or else refund my product entire amount.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
