Non-delivery of product by Flipkart

I had been booked a refrigerator (whirlpool 190 letter cool single door 23 Sep 17. Delivery date was on 27 Sep 17 as per Flipkart but didn’t deliver till the date. What Flipkart will pay in lieu of unexpected late delivery. It is therefore requested to direct Flipkart to pay in lieu of late delivery. I would also load a Flipkart complain disturbing my mental peace and violence of consumer rights.

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013.
