Non delivery of product by shoptohub

Resp sir, I have paid money to shoptohub.com for 2 electronic items ( htc 8 eye mobile & sony led tv ) on happy hours when they called me , but still I didn’t received any of products. My order reference no. 3150 & 34562n23. I have paid payment of rs. 30497/- on 25/02/2016. But still they are calling from different phone numbers and asking money for charges. I have also paid amount 15000/- for product insurance and other charges. Kindly help to refund my money.
