Non-delivery of product from avishealthcare.com

I ordered a medicine by the Name – Orthocure, for my mother in Hyderabad from Avis Health care online. ( www.avishealthcare.com ). There was no option for a cash on delivery so I made an online payment with my debit card. I ordered 2 bottles of the medicine for a value of Rs. 430 ( Rs 330 for product, Rs 100 for shipping). I placed the order on 5th October and after the payment, received a conformation on my email, stating it as order number 4290 and a receipt of payment recieved. There was no mention of expected time of delivery etc. I never received a single communication from them for a week. On 11th October , I replied to the same email I received from them which came from admin[@]avishealthcare.com enquiring about my order but received no reply. I also went onto their facebook page which I found online. It stated its a chennai based company. I tried their phone number- but it did not exist and I also left a complaint on their customer care page. I have not heard anything from them. I now wish to complaint against this fraud and receive my payment back.
