Non-receipt of gratuity from employer

I have resined from my position from a company in Dungarpur Rajasthan .My joining date was 2/5/2011 and reliveing on 1/10/16 ,(5+ years service)and I have submitted my gratuity form on date 8/6/17 via. Registered post .But my gratuity is not received till date.
I have send complaint to HR of the employer many times via . SMS and Calls but there is no any reply. Please help me for this as per rules.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
