Non Receipt of Product from SendMyGifts.com

I placed an order for flowers ( worth Rs 548) to be delivered at midnight on 13th Feb 2016. The order is yet not delivered.

Post placing the order I called them twice imdiately to confirm that it will be delivered on time and both the times they said yes it will be delivered.

I have been trying to reach them from 11pm (13th feb) till today (10:30am) but there is no response. Their customer support is not connecting and the online chat support doesn’t respond, it has been hours and hours.

please help me in getting the amount back.
