On 14/10/2017 I tried to place an order of charger & data cable from Mi store application worth Rs598/-. But while completing the payment I was shown the transaction didn’t go through and the amount got deducted. I mailed the Xiaomi team regarding this & also to the bank authorities. But till date I have not received any refund. The bank is saying that, I will need to contact the biller for the issue & the Xiaomi team that are full of stupid morons are not taking any action for my issue. I have mailed them & contacted them hundreds of times but I am in vain. Please help me.
