I Had recharged my Tata Sky ID on the basis of text messages I had received from Tata Sky’s offer department for auto renewal of my annual pack on 16 Dec 15 (which was due for renewal on 17 Dec 15) with an amount of RS 1900 through Paytm vide ref no. 1000732372874 on 17 Dec 15. When my pack was not renewed, on 18 Dec 15 I spoke with Tata Sky Customer care. I was told messages were sent wrongly. I said please refund me money which they said they will. I was later told that they have refunded me on 18 Dec15 vide ID TP1512170340324630. Till today I have not got the refund. I have been raising complaints with both the parties but all in vain. Paytm and Tata Sky are both passing the responsibility on each other where I am made scape goat. I have mailed my bank statement many times to Tata Sky. Please help me out of this agony.
