Non-refund of money by Snapdeal for cancelled product

I made a purchase from snapdeal.com for six items amounting Rs.16433/- on 23rd of September. One item was cancelled on 26th amounting rs.285/- and returned on 27th by fedex. The refunding procedures started on 30th of September.

Even after one month, the refund was not made. I made several phone calls and sent my bank statements and certificates. But, they informed that the amount was already refunded.

But, the bank authorities made clear that such amount (Rs. 285/-) was not refunded yet. This is not a case of rs. 285/- but a case of trust.
