On 18th nov 2015 i tried to recharge my dth using paytm but the transaction could not be completed as there was some technical problem with the website. They transferred the money to my paytm wallet which i tried to transfer to my bank account. According to them the transfer was successful but it still does not reflect on my bank details. There customer care executive are saying that it takes 3 -4 days for money to be transferred. Its been 3 days and i am still waiting for my RS.6643 to be transferred my account. I have been constantly asking them to initiate the funds or tell me status of the tranfer but they continue to reassure me do not provide any proof of the transfer being made.
