on dated 11 jan 2016 i have ordered for micromax mobile to online supplier m/s shopclues vide order no 81611500. the payment was made by me through netbanking after order neither i have received mobile phone nor money returned back. on enquiring m/s shopclues stated that we have not received payment from your side, further i have enquired to sbi bsf camp jalandhar as per bank statement the money has been transfered to account no.32794375003 of emvantage private limited (which is account of shopclues).

In this respect correspondence was made to dgm sbi customer care through online .he assured that amount will be returned back to your account no 10777893358 within 30 days.

after a long gap till date i have not received my money either from shopclues or from sbi, therefore i am mentally harassed by m/s shopclues as well as by sbi. i request to intervene the matter to get me mentally free from my financial loss.
