Non service of Kent RO under AMC

I have purchased a Kent RO System in 2009, details as follows:

Agency : Axis Exim Private Limited, Invoice No: 4897, Date: 26/03/2009

I have taken an AMC with Good Mineral RO, 4, Yallukunte, Magommarapalya, Bommanahalli, Bangalore 560078. with details as follows:

Customer Name: Susanta Kumar Ghosh
AMC Done on: 11/04/2014, Valid Upto: 10/04/2015
Amount: 5500/-, Invoice No: 1507, Complaint No: 7392

The Kent system stopped working on 28.03.2015 and we had booked a complaint with the contractor (Good Mineral RO) on the following day, 29.03.2015. But the problem has not been resolved till today (06.04.2015) . Every time we call them, they assure us that it will be resolved by end of day, but it is not. In the meantime, we are forced to buy bottled mineral water and survive, and losing money.
