Not getting good helmet from Yamaha dealer

I bought fascino on 20september 2017. In which helmet is included. But dealer told me that at this time helmet is not available u can take it next week. But when i contact him he said that the stock has not come.nd now 18 days are passed I didn’t got any helmet he gave me a local 100rs helmet in place of Yamaha original helmet. I want you to please take action and provide me original helmet.
He told me Yamaha does not give a original helmet. He gave me a 100rs helmet.and said me that this HELMET is provided by Yamaha. (Attached photo of helmet)
Please take some action against this .
Very disappointed this tym this is my 4th Yamaha vehicle. Setco Yamaha mahipalpur near Ryan school new delhi.
