I had worked more than 16 years and my wife more than 13 years at India sponsorship committee’s antar bharati balgram lonavla dist pune, as preject director/ In-charge. and my wife worked as sponsorship coordintor/ child counselor.
We should be get more than 3 lakhs gratuity plus bank interest from July 2011. We had been corrosponding, and trying to talk with concer person, but in reply they convey us that Ours is NGO/ Trust, we do not have a Scheme of Gratuity. We do not apply Labor Laws.
More than 10-12 employees had worked more that 10 t0 22 years who are not getting their gratuity. This institute having sound economical backgroud, they get huge donation from foreign and from Inida. They spent on activity but they do not wants to spent on employees.
