Not getting internet in Madhira area

I am living in madhira which I mentioned address, am using oppo A57 4g mobile. But wen i connect to Internet immediately it is not displaying data symbol. It takes 1-3 mins again automatically data off without knowing me . I complained so many times within two months , still now they did not solved my problem. Wen i enter vijayawada or hyderabad it’s Not happen like that which I raise a problem.

Pls take necessary action

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
