This is with reference to booking ID NF7204247291027. I had booked a flight ticket from Mangalore to Bangalore on 28.07.2015 through make my trip mobile application in my android mobile. The search results displayed a spicejet flight which departs from mangalore at 06:20 AM. Henceforth I booked 3 tickets in the same flight. But later on when I received the E-ticket through E-mail the departure timing was changed to 08:50 AM in the morning. I contacted make my trip to cancel the ticket and refund the entire booking amount. In the initial conversations I was given assurance from make my trip customer support that the entire booking amount will be refunded by 17.07.2015. The date of booking being 09.07.2015. But later on when the issue remained unaddressed I contacted make my trip and they clearly rejected my request for refund. It was the make my trip mobile application which displayed the wrong timing due to which i bought the tickets. But now Make my trip is blaming me for the mistake and are not ready to pay the refund amount.

I had also taken the screenshots of the wrong timing being displayed in their app and sent to them. But so far there is no response. I pray to the consumer forum to address this issue strictly and punish MMT for the inconvenience caused.

The actual timing of the flight was at 08:50 hrs as per the flight website.Only in MMT app it was displayed 06.20hrs
