On 14 th october 2015 i purchased samsung 32 inch LED TV , model no. 32FH4003 @ rs. 14999/- with order no. 71401708.

It has been delivered on 23rd october. When we plugged in found to be dead. When i contacted Shopclues, executive told to contact samsung for service support. I called to samsung, as per samsung engineer report it was completely dead need to be return.

I raised request of return on 25th october return ID – 2197811. I got mail from Shopclues Pickup location is not serviceable so send at your own cost will refund courier charges.

On 2nd november i send it through Bluedart courier vide Tracking no. 50354191134, which was delivered on 24th November.

After that i am not getting any refund or proper response from shopclues. Whenever i call to shopclues customer executive told you will get resolution within 48 hours, but till date nothing has been happend.

I called almost alternate day and around 10-15 time to shopclues, but invain. I feeling as cheated and lost my peace of mind. Required to file case against shopclues. Kindly guide and support me.
