Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-:
Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (email@example.com) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. ICF submitted the claim to Nivea and on 11-01-2010 Mrs. Rekha Goyal has confirmed that she got refund of cost of nivea soft and medical expenses.

Replacement by Micromax – Rs.9,000/- : Mr. Somanathan M of Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu purchased Micromax Canvas A120 on Sep-2014. He faced problems since December 2014 and submitted the device to the service centre many times. But the issues could not be resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 02-03-2015 and the matter was taken up with the company. After follow-ups, the customer got replacement device on or about 12-03-2015.

Complaint regarding Daikin AC – Rs.36,000/- : Mr. Raghavul v v of Nidadavole 534342, Andhra Pradesh bought a Daikin AC from Whynot showroom on 22-03-2016. The shop had assured replacement of AC if he faces any problem. There was problem with AC and he did not get any assistance from the company and the shop. Mr. Raghavul posted his complaint with ICF on 21-04-2016 and the matter was taken up the the company and the shop. Mr. Raghavul got his refund on 27-04-2016.

Amrita Seal of New Alipur, West Bengal (Email: amrita.seal88(at)gmail.com) had ordered Two product in Yepme.com (online shopping) worth Rs.1046. Yepme mailed Mr. Seal that since the product was out of stock they will refund the money. However, till lodging the complaint with ICF on 05-12-2012 he did not receive refund. After pursuing the complaint with Yepme Mr. Seal finally got refund by 06-12-2012.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace.
