Not received cashback from Snapdeal

I had ordered a Samsung S4 mobile from Snapdeal vide order #7829883078 dt.12 August 2015. At that time and offer was prevailing of 15% cashback for orders exceeding 15000/- and cashback was to be credited upto 31st october 2015.

I had made a purchase of 24000/- (6 items in a order) and was eligible for the refund.

After waiting, on 06th November i lodged a complaint for my cashback and for that a ticket number was issued #12058313 to me. Also, i received a mail and on demand i had given my NEFT bank details to them. (snapshop attached)

They confirmed me with a return mail on 26th November that they had received my details and my refund is processed (snapshop attached)

After 3-4 days, on and on i am contacting them and they are annwering me to wait some more time.

I had talked to VxxxxY KxxxxxxE and MxxxxxxxxD KxxxxR. They both have assured me to credit my amount in 3-4 days. but, after one month time i had not received my refund.

plz look into the matter and help me with to get my refund
