Offers with Lenovo laptop not fulfilled

I have purchased a Lenovo laptop alaong with that company given me offer for Rs 999 (2 years extra warranty, and a gaming gear) worth rs ~25000 I have made all payments and they promised me to mail me certificate in 10 days but they didn’t today its 2 months and still same condition. Whenever I mail or call them regarding thia they give me new date and promise the same. My ticket id is ADP-BTS-028195
