My Ola account was blocked on 27-11-2017 and reason stated was violation of Ola terms. Being regular customer of Ola for the last 3 years, they should have explained the reasons for blocking the account. And my ticket No.74853369 was closed without any reasons. Before closing the account, they should have given the particular reason. This is an unilateral decision and same to be resolved. Action to be taken against Ola and remedial action required immediately.
