My Ola Account was blocked on 7th December 2017 and the reason stated is violation of Ola Terms. I want to know the reason why the account has been blocked. The concerned Ticket number is 76403448. They are not supposed to block an account without stating proper reason. I want action to be taken against Ola and solve my problem.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
