On 24th of July, I booked a cab around 4:30 pm and came from and came from Bellandur to E-City. After I finish a small work I booked an auto around 5:30 pm but the driver didn’t show any sign to pick me up. Also, he rejected my second call. So, I cancelled it (that too before the time they charge me cancellation fee) and booked another auto and came home. All went well.
Now, I am seeing that Olacabs has blocked my a/c because of policy violation. Strange! I have not violated any policy.
I have purchased a pass @ Rs. 49 which will expire in 30 days. I believe they are doing this intentionally to fool their customers.
I already have contacted them via email and social media but they couldn’t tell me clearly which policy I violated.
