In Sep 15 I received a mail from Ola asking me to submit KYC details as my Ola Money balance in account had exceeded 10,000/-. I complied and also received an e-mail from company that KYC form was successfully processed. In October 15, I made a 10 days trip to bengaluru and used OlaCabs services whenever I needed a cab and made payment using OlaMoney. On my return to Bathinda I realized that the money was not getting deducted from my account as it still showed about 10,400/- ola money balance in my account.
As an honest customer, I informed the company about the issue. But next day i was shocked to see that the balance in my ola money account was showing ZERO. When i contacted them back, they said that they were working on the issue. After two initial responses they have now stopped responding to my mails also.
