Ondot couriers not delivering my parcel

Sir, for the past 5 days my parcel is lying with Ondot Couriers which they are not delivering to the addressee at Jharsi Allahabad 211019 beside Ishrat Complex Dena Bank – which is 20 minutes away from the office. And if I call Ondot courier office at Civil Lines MG Marg, Allahabad they are speaking in uncourteous manner.

We have been suffering from both mental and financial consequences due to the act done by Sir Jai Courier Company, please take appropriate action.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
