I ordered a cover from stayclassy.in for my phone (OnePlus One) on 8th January, 2018. The site clearly mentions that the order will be dispatched in 2-3 days, but it’s been more than a week now and I have yet to recieve any tracking details. Plus their customer care team is barely any helpful. I know 219 bucks isn’t a lot of money, but for someone who is trying to be financially independent, every rupee matters.

    Could you please reply here where they informed that they had dispatched it??

  2. Create a support ticket on the website every 1-2 days. They’ll send the tracking details there.
    Also, got my case today. Definitely doesn’t look like the picture, but anyway.

  3. So, the case is complete crap. And there’s no return button on the website. One has to send an email or SMS a number about the return. The email doesn’t get delivered and the provided number is always switched off.
    This is literally the first online purchase that I regret.

  6. I ordered two back case one for ldnovo and redmi note4 on 8 april but still i didnt get any response from the other side and there is no option for getting money back
