I have submitted my cell phone (one plus) at borivli collection centre of one plus  on 7th april 2015 with the expected date of delivery mentioned in job sheet as 22 april 2015, however unfortunately I haven’t received the cell phone yet.

I have tried call customer care 20 times the same reply is received from there end i.e have patience we shall seek some more time from you (customer support employee name whom I had talk with : neha, prashant , shrikant, sushant, sonali)

I have also tried contacting them through email but same reply there too. complaint no: 12976 & 14281 (support.in@oneplus.net)

one fine day I called customer care they told me part has delivered to warehouse (andheri (w) & will reach service centre (andheri (e) by upcoming week. it was a sigh of relief however it didn’t last long next week when I still didn’t received the phone I went to (andheri (e) service centre and they told me the part touch pad is not yet received.

I called customer care again in front of the employee who was handing me at service centre i.e priyanka & they again said that part is at ware house , I mean such a big blunder. This guys were annoying me to the core.

the latest reply I got is part is not available seeking more time from you, I mean after a month you are saying part Is not available then why they said that part is dispatched to service centre or ware house

customer care is not at all supportive and onelus is not a customer oriented organization is what I summed up from all this.

kindly help me out to get my cell phone back in proper working condition. hoping for your kind cooperation & sooner response.
