I purchased my one plus one handset in the month of january 2015 and since then have been facing issues with the handset.
I have visited the service centre many a times, got my handset formatted through a remote session, lost my data. Mmy device was not repaired in the first place and not checked before handing over.
One Plus do not have a policy of replacing of existing handsets but do not care if customer have to visit service centre again and again. One Plus Team do not care to respond to consumer complaints marked on email or answer phone calls / sms.
I have not been able to use my handset properly as most of the time it has been under repair.
After experimenting with handset, resetting softwares, replacing hardware, motherboard, if the device is still showing issues, the device should be replaced instead of sitting on the issue and not responding back. One plus have failed to respond positively, assure me of 100% repair of the handset.
I have all the written evidence from One plus on how they fool their customer mislead them.
Sir, I want to exercise my right as a customer and seek replacement of my existing handset and so the grievance to seek your help.
